Hi SIr,This is from AEO CHerpulassery.Now we are under DEO,Mannarkkad.(New DEO).Last Year it was DEO,Ottapalam.Please make changes in home page.
Oh… It is a new information. I need to contact Pareekshabhavan to get the new code of DEO and sub districts which are included in it. Nobody told me these changes even in the video conference.
Sir, this is from AEO Mankada and I am to inform you that the School Code Number 18671, 18672, 18673, 18674, 18675, 18676 and 18677 are not seen included in the LSS Centres alloted to this Sub District for the year 2014 – 15. The above school codes are available in USS centres. Hence I am to request you to take necessary action to include the above mentioned school code in the allotted list to this Sub District.
There is no reason other than that, you have done the entries improperly in Registration I page, for the problem you face. Check it and do corrections in Registration I page.

It is from AEO Chavara,For checking entry status of LSS & USS status by AEO login The print out is in Centre code order , it will be more useful if it is in the School code Order. Is it possible ?
Do you mean that you are not in need of the subtotal of the number of candidates
registered in a centre ?
Don’t you want to know how many candidates or how many schools need to be
shifted to another centre for limiting the number of candidates
in a particular centre, if it exceeds the desirable number suggested
by Pareekshabhavan.
Do you mean that it is easy to fetch the number of candidates of schools scattered
if the list is in the order of the school code and find the sum of candidates centerwise ?
But I do welcome such suggestions and will try to give a list
in the order of school code as well, in addition to the one provided now.

AEO ഓഫീസുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട് കണ്‍ഫര്‍മേഷന്‍ റീ സെറ്റ് ചെയ്തു തരാന്‍ ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടു. റീസെറ്റ് ചെയ്തു തന്ന് എന്ന് AEO ഓഫീസില്‍ നിന്നും അറിയിച്ചെങ്കിലും ഇപ്പോഴും രജിസ്ട്രേഷന് പേജില്‍ The Site Does NOT Accept Registration Now എന്ന മെസ്സേജ് തന്നെയാണ് വന്നു കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നത്. ഇനി എന്താണ് ചെയ്യേണ്ടത്. സ്കൂള്‍ കോഡ്
ഇത് നിങ്ങളുടെ പ്രശ്നം എ. ഇ. ഒ. ഓഫീസ് മനസ്സിലാക്കിയതിന്റെ കുഴപ്പമാണ്.
അവര്‍ ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നത് Unset Finalised Status of All Candidates of a School എന്ന പ്രവര്‍ത്തനമാണ്. ഇതിലൂടെ നിലവില്‍ രജിസ്റ്റര്‍ ചെയ്ത് അന്തിമമാക്കിയ കുട്ടികളുടെ വിവരങ്ങളില്‍ വീണ്ടും Editing നടത്താന്‍ പര്യാപ്തമാക്കുകയാണ്.
നിങ്ങള്‍ക്കുവേണ്ടത് പുതിയ കുട്ടികളെ രജിസ്റ്റര്‍ ചെയ്യാന്‍ സാധിക്കുകയാണ്. ഇതിന് നടത്തേണ്ടത്

എന്ന പ്രവര്‍ത്തനമാണ്.
Submit Finish Report എന്ന പ്രവര്‍ത്തനത്തിലൂടെ സ്കൂളുകള്‍ അവര്‍ക്കു ലഭിച്ച Online Registration നുള്ള അവകാശം Surrender ചെയ്യുകയാണെന്നും ആ അവകാശം AEO Revoke ചെയ്യുന്നതിലൂടെ നിര്‍ദ്ദേശങ്ങള്‍ യഥാസമയം പാലിക്കാത്ത സ്കൂളുകളുടെ പ്രവര്‍ത്തനം AEO ക്ക് നിര്‍ബന്ധപൂര്‍വ്വം അവസാനിപ്പിക്കാമെന്നും പരിശീലന സമയത്തും അല്ലാതെയും നിരവധി തവണ പറഞ്ഞു കൊടുത്തിട്ടുള്ളതാണ്. അതു പോലെ തന്നെ ഒരിക്കല്‍ക്കൂടി അനുവാദം നല്‍കാന്‍ Grant എന്ന പ്രവര്‍ത്തനവും. Gant ഉം Revoke ഉം ഒരേ സെലക്റ്റ് ബോക്സിലെ ഇനങ്ങളാണ്.

You might be using the password incorrectly. There is no other reason for this. Once again try after checking CapsLock key, Language of Keyboard etc.
If same result again, contact your AEO to get the password reset to the Username itself and Sign in as in the beginning.
ഈ കാര്യാലയത്തിനു കീഴിലുള്ള ഒരു പരീക്ഷാ സെൻറരിൽ 86 കുട്ടികൾ പരീക്ഷ എഴുതുന്നുണ്ട്. ആയതിനാൽ 80 കുട്ടികൾ കഴിഞ്ഞുവരുന്ന 6 കുട്ടികൾക്കായി പ്രത്യേകം ഒരു മുറി അനുവദിക്കണോ അതോ മറ്റു മുറികളിൽ ക്രമപ്പെടുത്തിയാൽ മതിയാകുമോ ? – ഉപജില്ലാ വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ ആഫീസർ ആലപ്പുഴ
ഇത്തരം ഭരണപരമായ കാര്യങ്ങള്‍ തികച്ചും അനൗദ്യോഗികമായ ഒരു പൊതു ചര്‍ച്ചാവേദിയില്‍ ഉന്നയിക്കുന്നത് ഒട്ടും അഭിലഷണയീയമല്ല എന്നാണ് എന്റെ അഭിപ്രായം. ഇതിന് മറുപടി പറയാന്‍ അധികാരമുള്ള ആരും ഈ ബ്ലാഗ് സന്ദര്‍ശിക്കുന്നുമില്ല എന്നാണ് എന്റെ വിശ്വാസം.
എനിക്ക് ഏതായാലും ഇക്കാര്യത്തില്‍ മറുപടി പറയാനുള്ള അധികാരമില്ല. അഥവാ ഏതെങ്കിലും കാലത്ത് അധികാരമുണ്ടാവുകയാണെങ്കില്‍ ഒരു അനൗദ്യോഗിക ബ്ലോഗിലൂടെ ഒരിക്കലും ഔദ്യോഗിക കാര്യങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് മറുപടി പറയുകയുമില്ല.
controll panel of lss/uss has already been freezed and hence iam request you to open the contriol panelof lss/uss and filesand the necessary arrangements may be madeto open the one new uss examination center for the year 2014-15 to this subdistrict.

As per the instruction received in the mail dated 22.1.15 some schools are not able to update the correction page in First Language II.Updating process is going on without any result.
It is because of an error in the programme related to it. It will be rectified after 10.00 am and positively before 11.00 am on 23/01/2015. So please do it after 11.00 am on 23/01/2015. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

AEO is the authority to issue passwords for schools. Consequently AEO is the authority to reset the Password of a school in its jurisdiction. Please request your AEO for this.
As you have published your password here, you are reminded to change the password to some other password, when you sign in for the first time after AEO reset the password.

This is from AEO Pampady.1. Which is the date is fixed for LSS Paper valuation ?, is there any date fixed state wise or AEO can fix a date himself ?
2. As per Notification for LSS USS Exam there must be an examiner for 40 papers and there must be chief examiner and camp officer, but as per letter showing rates of contingent charge from SSA there must be 60 papers per examiner for part A and 120 papers per examiner and is silent regarding chief examiner and camp officer. Is any clarification available regarding LSS valuation
I am sure that no responsible officer will seek clarifications for instructions of a Govt Department, in a public discussion forum like this.
